Zenjin

The Zenjin is an Elite Golf Performance Programme that engineers Mind, Body and Motion. A collaboration with The University of Hallam School of Sport and Exercise Science, Sheffield, the Zenjin programme benefits from a hand-picked team that has a wealth of experience in athlete support, applied research, healthcare and corporate wellness. The team includes practitioners in the following fields: physiology, psychology, biomechanics, nutrition and sport therapy who have worked with the governing bodies of many sports through the Sports Council-funded Sports Science Support Programme and the World Class Performance Programmes (WCPP). Zenjin provides the tools and understanding that enables the Golf Athlete to appreciate that Sport and Exercise Science is about optimising performance at Work, Rest & Play.
