We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

Competitions & Promotions

If you enter a contest or other promotional feature operated by Zen Oracle, we may also ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you of site updates and new prices both by Royal Mail and e-mail. If you would rather not receive this information, please select those options under the customer enquiry form.

How does Zen Oracle direct purchasing service protect customer information?

When you place order we offer the use of a secure server for your credit/debit card details. The 128 bit secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit card information you input before it is sent to us. If you would rather not send your credit/debit card details to us over the Internet then you can opt to have a member of our sales team to contact you for your payment information. Furthermore, all the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access.

What about "Session Variables "?

"Session Variables " are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser whilst you are on our site. Our Session Variables do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable you to store items in your shopping basket. Most web browsers automatically accept session variables, but you can usually prevent your browser from doing so. Session Variables are required to be enabled for the ordering process to work. Once you close your browser down any information stored in session variables will disappear.

Will Zen Oracle disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Zen Oracle does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may, however, provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors and affiliates.
