Your privacy is a very sensitive subject for us and we take it very seriously. So our privacy policy at ZenOracle.com is as follows: We don't sell, give away or rent your personal information to any company outside of ZenOracle.com. We do have business partners that assist us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in those cases those companies receive a name and shipping address so that they can process and ship orders properly.

The Information We Collect

When you make a purchase at ZenOracle.com we ask you for the following information on our secure server. This is the only information you must fill out to have your order processed:

• Your first and last name;
• Your phone number;
• Your email address;
• Your address (the address the card is billed to);
• The billing address, city, state and country;
• Name on the credit card;
• Your credit card number and expiration date;
• A ship-to address is required if different from billing address.

Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by our technical support staff.

In addition, our Website tracks information about the visits to our Website. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our Website, and what countries those requests come from. You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by sending an email request to email address. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
